Our Jurisdiction
The office of Ombudsperson Punjab deals with two acts "The Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act,
2010" covers the whole of Punjab. Any Woman in organizations can file her complaint of harassment at the workplace (as
defined in the said Act) and "The Punjab Enforcement of Women's Property Rights Act, 2021", any woman can file her
complaint to protect and secure the rights of ownership of women in the property. (as defined in the said Act)

Office of Ombudsperson Punjab is taking impeccable innovative initiative to digitize all
its core operations through the use of Information Technology project (ADP) to provide free of cost
synergetic and result based service delivery to general public, agencies and socio public groups of
society through the parameters and guidelines of effective & efficient E-Governance through multiple IT
based initiatives. Due to rapid growth of technology, Digitization of records is one of the key
efficiency indicators for organizational growth which creates a larger impact on operational excellence.
